Jae-Bum Jun, MD, PhD is the Professor of Medicine in Department of Internal Medicine at Hanyang University. He is also a rheumatologist working for the Department of Rheumatology, Hanyang University Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, Seoul, Korea. He received MD and PhD degree from Hayang University College of Medicine. He completed his internship, residency, and rheumatology fellowship at Hanyang University Hospital. His major research interest involves the clinical manifestation of gout, Raynaud’s phenomenon, and systemic sclerosis. He has authored and co-authored several national and international publications and also working as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Rheumatic Diseases. He is having an active association with Korean Gout Study Group and Korean Scleroderma Study Group. He currently serves as the president of the Korean College of Rheumatology, the vice-president of the Korean Association of Internal Medicine, and the auditor of the Rheumatology Research Foundation.
